3. Credit Check Authorisation & Consent to Contact

By submitting your request, you authorise us and our panel partners to obtain information about you from credit reference agencies to determine your eligibility. You also consent to be contacted by us and our partners by email, telephone or SMS regarding your request.

This consent is given under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Marketing contact is also subject to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the Telephone Preference Service (TPS); you can opt out of marketing contact at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided.

4. No Guarantee of Offers

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a loan offer, or specific terms. Lenders set their own criteria and make all underwriting decisions independently.

We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or loan terms. Your interactions and loan agreement with a third-party lender are strictly between you and that lender.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@clearcashloans.co.uk. We will investigate and respond in line with our internal complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with our response, or we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it free of charge to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at financial-ombudsman.org.uk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Really Simple PPC Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, or the actions or decisions of any third-party lender. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
